RULES OF COMFORT

If Attributs are required:
Please bring your own Veil, finger-cymbals, Cane, Melaya or tabla to Class,
if possible.
The attribut´s can also be bought in the Bazaar´s at the festival.
Teachers can sometimes borrow some but perhaps not for everyone.

Important: Bring shoes to dance classes as the floor in the dance rooms are covered with a carpet.
Bare feet is not recommended!

Refreshements: Coffe, Tea, drinks, sandwishes,
are available in the ground floor café- between classes.

Level: Most classes are in a mixed level: Intermediate tto advanced
but we do have some beginners classes
( It will be written in the schedule "Beginners")
Technique classes are also to recommend for beginners and refreschers.

Language: Most of the classes are held in English
We have people around who can assist in case translation is needed.

Video & Camera: is usually not allowed in the workshops, some teachers however,
dont mind if the students are taking photos or filming
the other participants but only in the end of the workshop.
You should always ask the teacher for permission before you film or take any pictures!

Watching: It is not allowed to sit and watch the classes if your friend is dancing for example.
Only the course participants are allowed into the class rooms.

Air Condition: Yes, the dance rooms as well
as all the hotel facilities are air conditioned.

Smoking: Is not allowed in the dance classes.

Refunds: No refunds.
Changes have to be done before the festival starts.
You have to pay for the courses you have booked.
We dont accept cancellations at arrival or during the festival.
Cancelations should be done minimum one week in advance.
So please - Before you book, make sure that you
will take all the classes you choosed,
that will avoid a lot of troubles for all parts at arrival.
Dont forget to bring your confirmation and
confirmation of changes with you to the registration.

Why book in advance? Space in class is limited.
Many classes will sell out real quickly, and to be sure to get a space in class
you have to book in advance. Because the classes usually becomes complete,
We can not allow changes during the festival.
Changes and cancelations have to be done
at latest a week before the festival starts by email.
